The Gathering is a monthly community experience designed for those seeking a moment to slow down and reconnect in a social circle. Through guided reflection, conversation, mindfulness practices, journaling, and intentional pauses, participants are invited to cultivate greater awareness of themselves and their experiences. There is no expectation to perform, share, or have everything figured out. Simply come as you are. Each Gathering offers an opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life and spend time in meaningful reflection and connection.
