Cancellation Policy

Attendance & Punctuality All intuitive and somatic services, private group events, and public events begin promptly at the scheduled time. Virtual Sessions: Please ensure you are in a quiet, regulated, and uninterrupted space. Cancellation & Refund Policy Classes To receive a class credit, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class. Eligible cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will receive a class credit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class, or failure to attend without notice, will result in the loss of the class and are not eligible for a credit or refund. Class credits may be applied as follows: Daytime Classes: $15 class credit Yoga Nidra: $22 class credit Events (Including The Gathering) Events require advance planning, preparation, and limited-capacity seating. Cancellations must be made at least 5 business days before the scheduled event. Cancellations made 5 or more business days in advance may receive an account credit toward a future Via Lab event. Cancellations made within 5 business days of the event, no-shows, or failure to attend are non-refundable and not eligible for credit. Public Community Event Public community events (such as Yoga in the Park) are free to attend. Registration is encouraged to help us plan and accurately record attendance. If you're unable to attend, we appreciate advance notice whenever possible, though no refund or credit applies since these events are free. If a class or event is canceled by Via Lab due to inclement weather, instructor illness, failure to meet the minimum enrollment, or other unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive either: A full refund, or The option to transfer their registration or credit to a future class or event. General Policy Except as outlined above, all purchases are final. Refunds are issued only when a class or event is canceled by Via Lab.
